There are about 10,000 plugins. Some extend the photo gallery, others make writing easy, some do auto marketing, and some plugins even allow you to post content to blog directly from email.

1. Log in to your WP Dashboard

Like this – yourblogname.sio-india.com/wp-admin

Under Tools, click on Import Under Tools, click on Import 

2. Under Import, click on Blogger

3. Authorize WordPress to pull your info from Blogger

4. Grant access to your Google Account

5. Click on IMPORT

Alhamdullah we have launched sio-india.org blogs. Now zones, regions, units, and organisation organs can have their own blog on www.sio-india.org example www.karnataka.sio-india.com . Slowly we may allow individuals also to have their blogs on sio-india.com domain.

We just finished testing http://rafeeq-e-manzil.sio-india.com/ and alhamdullah it is working fine.

Please note some important changes.

The blogs will work irrespective of using sio-india.org or sio-india.com.
www.sio-india.org  is where the main SIO India website is hosted.
www.sio-india.com is where the blogging platform is hosted.
All blogs will update themselves independantly. Any major news will automatically appear on the main sio-india.org website.
Blogs can add multiple users to maintain their blogs.
We will be slowly rolling our a no. of new features. If you need any new feature you can request us. Currently we are in the process of integrating Social Networking, Tweeter updates, Post via email etc.
The blogging software has option to import your exsisting blog from blogspot etc to sio-india.org blog. We have just imported Rafeeq e Manzil blog from http://rafeeq-e-manzil.blogspot.com to http://rafeeq-e-manzil.sio-india.com/
